You are cordially invited to attend a free luncheon
“HOW H.R. 1 COULD IMPACT YOUR PAC AND POLITICAL PROGRAMS: LEGAL AND OPERATIONAL CONSIDERATIONS”
A roundtable series on issues of importance to political action professionals

The recently released, 571-page “For the People Act of 2019” proposes a wide variety of historic changes to complicated regulations governing lobbying, elections and campaign finance.  Many of the provisions, if enacted, could severely restrict the role of the business community and their PACs in future elections.  Join us for a two-part discussion with election law experts and political affairs professionals as they dissect this potentially onerous legislation and suggest how you can immediately begin engaging on this topic with your donors, senior executives and Hill allies.

Panelists:

NABPAC Legal Hotline Counsel Jan Baran - Wiley Rein LLP

Ken Cole - US Chamber of Commerce
